As a Perioperative RN/LPN, you will play a vital role in our Surgery, PACU, Ambulatory Unit, and pre-op care.
Your Responsibilities:
Conducting thorough patient assessments and admitting patients for outpatient care.
Providing compassionate post-anesthesia care and ensuring a smooth discharge process.
Maintaining a vigilant awareness of the sterile field during operative procedures.
Contributing to a safe and organized environment by managing cleaning schedules, restocking supplies, and ensuring departmental organization.
Using professional guidelines from organizations like AORN and State Licensing Boards to promote a culture of safety and excellence.
Job Requirements
What We're Looking For:
A Current Kansas RN or LPN license (CNOR preferred).
A commitment to high-quality patient care and a passion for teamwork.
A desire to grow and develop in a supportive healthcare setting.
